Our consultation process helps us understand your ideal buyer profile. We then assess your property’s layout and work to maximise room flow, highlight architectural features, and transform underutilised spaces. Our team install a tailored staging kit over two days, allowing us time to style the space with curated decor and take professionally edited photos. When your hire period is up we carefully de-stage, leaving the property ready for the new owner.

Annabel’s creative career has spanned three continents and three decades. No stranger to making a house a home through multiple moves as a military-spouse, Annabel discovered the art of Home Staging during a five-year posting to Georgia, USA.
After staging a stateside property solely with items transported in the back of her Chevi Suburban, Annabel turned her love of all-things-property into a new career. Annabel went on to solidify her natural eye for interiors with a Diploma in Professional Interior Design from the National Design Academy. While a lover of slow interiors, Annabel never stops developing her service offer, with training in AI, colour psychology, interior styling.
Annabel & Co is a family business and supports local businesses, artists and craftspeople. We are based in the beautiful Cathedral city of Lincoln, serving local, national and international clients.
